Summary: After Jesus’ exorcism of a demon and teaching about the unity and power of the kingdom of God, more and more people came to hear him. He reveals the wickedness of his accusers by reminding them of familiar stories from the past when God’s message of repentance and wisdom came in unexpected ways with unexpected results. Then Jesus makes his point with a couple of sayings about light. The things he says and does are enough to show who he is and the salvation he brings. Will they see the truth or not?
